Our community amenities include two outdoor pools, two indoor fitness centers with a sauna at our James Fitness Center, six tennis courts, multiple rooftop lounges with grills and skyline views, concierge and valet service, event space with a full kitchen, a dog park and grooming center at the Ashley, community gardens plots, jogging trails, and landscaped grounds.
Absolutely! We have two fitness centers equipped with a range of cardio and weight machines, along with an indoor sauna at our James Fitness Center. Many residents find our on-site facilities convenient and often choose to cancel off-site gym memberships.
Yes, we offer two outdoor swimming pools featuring lounge seating, sundecks, and BBQ areas.
Yes, RiverHouse is pet-friendly. We offer an outdoor dog park at the Ashley, pet grooming amenities, and allow up to two pets per apartment. Please contact a member of our team with any specific questions that you may have.
Yes, we offer reserved controlled-access garage parking and unreserved outdoor surface parking. Additionally, there are two communal EV stations located at The Potomac. Please contact a member of our team for specific rates and availability.

Yes! Our property hosts quarterly events, where you will have the opportunity to connect with neighbors and engage with our broader community. Additionally, we also host an annual pool party celebration to kick off Summer!
RiverHouse is proud to offer a variety of spacious floor plans in our three buildings (The James, The Potomac, and The Ashley) to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 440 - 1,495 square feet, and in floor plans ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments.
Application Process
Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.
Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
